CTC's Answering Service/Call Center provides live answering service and is located in Champaign, Illinois.  We have been providing quality service and solutions to businesses nationwide for more than 18 years. 

With CTC's Answering Service a trained professional will answer your phone using the most technologically advanced system in the industry.   Our Telephone Service Representatives are trained to handle each call in accordance with our client's instructions.  

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  We endeavor to be the best answering service.   Most calls are answered within 3 rings and our average hold time is less than 30 seconds.   You don't have to worry about ever missing a call again.

Your customers will have the security of knowing their message has been received and you'll know someone is taking your messages.  Your messages can be dispatched in a format that best fits your needs.  Your messages can be dispatched to you via text message, email, fax or you may retrieve your messages through our voicemail system.   Your messages can be dispatched to you as they come in or you can receive a fax/email at a time(s) of day designated by you. 

CTC has a battery back-up for each computer and a natural gas generator to ensure we can continue to serve you in the case of a power outage.   If the power should be out in Champaign, we will be able to continue taking your calls and dispatching them according to your instructions.   In addition to our back-up generator, we have redundant servers to ensure we will be able to service your calls.
