What are Usage Charges?
Usage Charges are charges for voice minutes, text messages or data usage that exceed your monthly allowances as stated in your plan.
What Taxes are included on my bill?

When can I view my bill online?
You are able to access My Verizon Online upon completion of registration. If you are an existing Verizon Wireless customer, you will be able to view your bill immediately.
If you are a new customer, you will have to wait to view billing information until after your first bill cycle. Each month your bill will be available online usually 5-7 days after their bill cycle. Verizon Wireless can send an email or a text message to your phone to notify you when the bill is available.
Who do I contact if I'm having trouble accessing my bill?

When you activate a new line of service, we will bill for a partial month or portion of the monthly access charge calculated from the date you began service to the last day of your bill cycle, plus the next month's access charge if we bill you in advance. As an added benefit from Verizon Wireless you will be given the full month of airtime allowance for your calling plan during the partial month.
