1Smartphones require a 2 GB data package or higher. When using 4G Smartphones, 4G speeds will be available within 4G coverage. When traveling in the 3G Coverage Area, you can expect download speeds of 600 Kbps-1.4 Mbps and upload speeds of 500-800 Kbps. When traveling in the Extended 3G Coverage Area, you can expect download speeds of 400-700 Kbps and upload speeds of 60-80 Kbps.

Friends & Family
Only calls from Nationwide Coverage Area to designated domestic landline or wireless numbers (excluding Directory Assistance, 900 numbers, or customer’s own wireless or Voice Mail access numbers) may be added; all qualifying lines on an account share the same Friends & Family numbers, up to account’s eligibility limits; Verizon Enterprise Center or My Business Account required to set up and manage Friends & Family for Business numbers. Offers and coverage, varying by service, not available everywhere.

Data Roaming: In the Canadian Broadband and Canadian Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Areas, usage will be charged at a rate of $0.002/KB or $2.05/MB. In the Mexican Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area, usage will be charged at a rate of $0.005/KB or $5.12/MB. Also applies to Corporate and Personal Email and Personal Email Features. Important: On select smartphone devices, if you do not subscribe to a Data Plan or Data Feature, data usage will be billed at 1.5¢/KB ($15.36/MB) unless you add a data block or subscribe to a Wireless Email Feature. Other smartphone devices and all BlackBerry devices require a Data Plan or a Data Feature.

Minimum Term, Activation and Early Termination Fees
Minimum Term: Month-to-month, or two-year minimum term required per line.
Activation Fee: $35 per line.
Early Termination Fee: up to $175 per line for one- or two-year minimum terms.
Customers activating on month-to-month terms are not eligible for monthly access fee discounts.

Taxes, Surcharges and Fees
Taxes, surcharges and fees, such as E911 and gross receipt charges, vary by market and as of July 1, 2009, add between 5% and 37% to your standard monthly access and other charges.
