Staff

•  The average tenure of the CTAS Staff is 6.5 years.
 

Conferences

• We have a conference bridge that allows you to host your meeting on the phone any time of the day or night.   No operator intervention is necessary. Conferences can be recorded and sent to the host of the conference or to all attendees.  
 

OnCall

• You can access your OnCall Schedule via the Internet.   You can access your schedule to keep it updated or make any changes for any period of time.   There is a small fee for this access.   Call to day to find out more.
 

SMS

• We can send your messages to your cell phone via SMS and you can even respond back with a simple command to confirm the message.  The cost is $9.95 per month with no limit to the number of messages we send you. 

Email

• You can receive your faxes via email instead of fax.   You can then retrieve them from anywhere and we can send the email to multiple recipients.
 

  Redundancy 

• CTC has a battery back-up for each computer and a natural gas generator to ensure we can continue to serve you in the case of a power outage.   If the power should be out in Champaign, we will be able to continue taking your calls and dispatching them according to your instructions.   In addition to our back-up generator, we have redundant servers to ensure we will be able to service your calls.
