CTC Call Center Part Time Job Opportunities
Located in Champaign, IL , CTC Call Center is a full service telemessaging service that operates 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Our state-of-the-art technology enables us to design individual telemessaging solutions for every business.
CTC Call Center currently answers for over 250 businesses ranging from doctor's office, law offices, property management, real estate, heating/air conditioning companies, mail order companies as examples. We also place substitute teachers for school districts.
We do not have any part-time or full time openings. Part-time staff work evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Weeknight shifts would start between 2:30pm and 4:30pm and end between 9:00pm and 11:00pm. Weekend shifts would start between 6am-10am and end at 2pm-6pm or start at 2pm-4pm and end at 8pm-10:30pm. Full time staff work day, evening and overnight.
These are not telemarketing positions.
Qualified Applicants must:
- Be able to pass a pre-employment test consisting of typing, spelling, grammar, name and number skills, and comprehension
- Be Customer Service Oriented
- Have a Clear and Pleasant Phone Voice
- Have Strong Communications Skills
- Be Flexible with their Work Schedule
- Be able to Type at least 45 wpm
- Be a Team Player
- Be able to work Weekends and Holidays
