How am I billed?

  • You are billed based on operator work time.   Any time spent working on your account by operators talking to your customers, updating your on call schedule, etc.  is billable time.  We also bill for time spent to keep your account current with necessary changes.

 

How long does it take to set up the service?

  • Simple accounts can be set up in two or three days.    More complex accounts will take anywhere from four to five days.

How Do I get My Message?

  • SMS to your cell phone
  • Text message to an alpha/numeric pager
  • Fax
  • Email
  • Voicemail
  • Numeric paged
  • Any combination of the above

Do I have to sign a contract?

  • We want you to stay with us because you are happy with the service we provide you.   Our service is month to month and no contract is necessary.

How do I transfer my phones to you?

  • If you do not dial 9 to make a phone call you can manually call forward your lines to the answering service by picking up your main line and dialing 72#, wait for the dial tone and then dial your answering service account number.

 

  • If you dial 9 to make a phone call (Centrex System) you can manually call forward your lines to the answering service by picking up your main line and dial 106, wait for the dial tone and dial 9, wait for another dial tone and then dial your answering service account number. 
  • There is one exception to those who dial 9 to grab an outside line.  Some Centrex Systems are set up to accept *72 to forward and *73 to deactivate.
