# Features allow you to check key account information from your wireless phone – airtime free. It's a great option when you are unable to login to My Verizon online.  You can access the following info:

  • #MIN - Check current month's unbilled airtime usage.*
  • #BAL - Check your current account balance.
  • #DATA - Check your current monthly usage of TXT, PIX and FLIX Messaging
  • #PMT - Make a payment
The information will be stated verbally and you'll also receive a free text message.

 

How to Get It

This feature is available to all Verizon Wireless customers.

How to Use It

Dial # plus the 3-4 numbers that correspond with the letters you want and then press SEND.

  • #MIN = #646
  • #BAL = #225
  • #DATA = #3282
  • #PMT = #768
The information will be stated verbally and you’ll also receive a free text message.

Can I check my Family SharePlan’s minute usage?

Yes. You have the option to listen to the total Family SharePlan minute usage after hearing your individual usage. A second free text message will be sent to your handset with the minute usage for your Family SharePlan.

How frequently is the information regarding minutes of use updated?

#MIN is an estimate of the minutes used since your last statement date. The estimate is typically updated within the last 24 hours. This estimate may not include usage outside your local calling area.

When does #MIN start over?

Your minutes start over at midnight of the last day of your billing period. To identify your billing period:

  1. Sign In to My Verizon.
  2. Select My Bill.
  3. Look under the "Statement Summary" section to find the beginning and ending date of your billing period.
