One of the greatest benefits of CTC-Connect is one we hope you never require, disaster recovery. The flexibility of this product is such that should your business encounter a situation where one or more of your locations is not available for use, the calls can be redirected to another location or to CTC's answering service for your backup. Users will  have web access to direct their calls to up to five different locations. They will never miss a call as the calls that go to voice mail will also be sent as a wave file to their selected email account. You can even have a voice mail call sent as a text message to your smart phone via SMS. All messages will always be available from your voice mail or email account. What more could you want!
