We offer the same great phones and in many cases more phones that other stores. Verizon offers the Indirect stores exclusive phones from time to time that you won't find online or in other stores.

In most cases our phones are cheaper than you'll find online or in other stores.

We have a very low turn around for employees. Almost all of our reps have been in the industry at least 5 years.  Julie and Donetta have been here over 15 years!

We have specialists in all aspects of the wireless world whether you are having problems with a Mobile Broadband card, voicemail, or email setup we can help. We not only train on these advanced devices, we use them as well. Other stores want you to sign up for a class for help. We can help anytime. Most stores try to force you into "bundles" or packages where unwanted accessories are bundled with the phones. Here at CTC we want you to be happy with your purchase and not feel pressured. While we do recommend a screen protector and case for most phones, our prices don't force them.

  • Setup

When you leave we want to have your phone setup and ready to go. We will help with getting your email syncing, ringtone chosen, voicemail setup, etc. We will pace it as fast or slow and as advanced or basic as you want to take it.

  • Great Hours

Our hours are most other's "holiday hours". We open at 8 am where nearly every other store opens at 9. We know you want to rush home after work and eat or take care of the kids so we stay open until 7 pm.

  • No Check-in

At CTC you are a name not a number. We want to know you. Not try to get you in and out. We don't force you to enter your name on some machine.
